পৃথিবী একটি বড় গোল বল। এক পাশ সূর্যের দিকে থাকে, আর অন্য পাশ সূর্যের দিক থেকে মুখ ফিরিয়ে থাকে।

Earth is a big round ball. One side can face the Sun and the other side faces away.

পৃথিবী ধীরে ধীরে ঘোরে। তোমার বাড়ি যদি সূর্যের দিকে থাকে, তখন দিন হয়। যখন তা ঘুরে সূর্য থেকে মুখ ফিরায়, তখন রাত হয়।

Earth turns around slowly. When your home faces the Sun, it is daytime. When it turns away, it is nighttime.
