CubieKids is made for children to use with a parent or guardian. An adult sets it up, chooses the parent PIN and stays responsible for how the child uses the app, including time limits and anything bought in it.
CubieKids বানানো হয়েছে বাচ্চারা যেন অভিভাবকের সাথে ব্যবহার করে। একজন বড় মানুষ অ্যাপটা চালু করেন, বড়দের PIN বেছে নেন, আর বাচ্চা কীভাবে অ্যাপ ব্যবহার করছে তার দায়িত্ব তাঁরই, সময়সীমা আর অ্যাপে কেনা যেকোনো কিছু সহ।
Lessons, stories, rhymes and games. We add and change content from time to time, and we may remove something that no longer works well. Most of the app is free. CubieKids Plus, a paid plan, opens the stories, lessons and other things marked Plus for every child in the family. Plus bought in the app is billed, renewed and cancelled through Google Play, under Google Play's own terms. Plus paid for in any other way lasts for the time paid for and does not renew by itself.
পাঠ, গল্প, ছড়া আর খেলা। আমরা মাঝে মাঝে নতুন জিনিস যোগ করি বা বদলাই, আর যা ভালোভাবে কাজ করে না তা সরিয়েও দিতে পারি। অ্যাপের বেশিরভাগই বিনামূল্যে। CubieKids Plus একটা পেইড প্ল্যান — এতে পরিবারের প্রতিটা বাচ্চার জন্য Plus চিহ্ন দেওয়া গল্প, পাঠ আর অন্যান্য জিনিস খুলে যায়। অ্যাপ থেকে কেনা Plus-এর দাম নেওয়া, নবায়ন আর বাতিল হয় Google Play-র মাধ্যমে, Google Play-র নিজস্ব শর্ত মেনে। অন্য কোনোভাবে টাকা দেওয়া Plus যতদিনের জন্য দেওয়া, ততদিন চলে; নিজে থেকে নবায়ন হয় না।

CubieKids ব্যবহার করুন নিজের পরিবারের শেখার জন্য। অ্যাপের গল্প, ছবি বা রেকর্ডিং অ্যাপের বাইরে কপি, বিক্রি বা শেয়ার করবেন না, আর অ্যাপ বা আমাদের সার্ভার ভাঙার, অতিরিক্ত চাপ দেওয়ার বা অপব্যবহারের চেষ্টা করবেন না।
The stories are our own retellings of old folk tales. The pictures, recordings, text and design of CubieKids belong to Cubie Technologies or are used with permission.
গল্পগুলো পুরনো লোককাহিনি, আমাদের নিজেদের ভাষায় আবার বলা। CubieKids-এর ছবি, রেকর্ডিং, লেখা আর ডিজাইন Cubie Technologies-এর, অথবা অনুমতি নিয়ে ব্যবহার করা।
We work hard to keep CubieKids correct and working, but it is provided as it is, without a promise that it will always be available or free of mistakes. It helps children learn; it does not replace a teacher or a parent. As far as the law allows, Cubie Technologies is not responsible for indirect losses that come from using the app.
CubieKids যেন ঠিক থাকে আর চলতে থাকে, সে জন্য আমরা যত্ন নিই, তবে অ্যাপটা দেওয়া হয় যেমন আছে তেমন, সবসময় চালু থাকবে বা একদম ভুলহীন হবে এমন কোনো প্রতিশ্রুতি ছাড়া। এটা বাচ্চাদের শিখতে সাহায্য করে, শিক্ষক বা বাবা-মায়ের জায়গা নেয় না। আইন যতটুকু অনুমতি দেয়, অ্যাপ ব্যবহারের ফলে হওয়া পরোক্ষ ক্ষতির দায় Cubie Technologies নেয় না।
We may update these terms. When we do, the date at the top changes, and if a change matters for you we will say so in the app or on this site.
