How does pollination by bees make fruits and food?
মৌমাছির পরাগায়নে কীভাবে ফল ও খাবার হয়?
Many flowers have pollen (tiny dust) and nectar (a sweet juice). Pollen has the plant's male cells. Nectar attracts insects.
অনেক ফুলে পরাগ (খুব ক্ষুদ্র ধুলো সদৃশ) আর মিষ্টি রস থাকে। পরাগ গাছের পুরুষ কোষ বহন করে। এই রস পোকামাকড়কে টানে।
When a bee lands on a flower for nectar, pollen sticks to its body. The bee flies to the next flower and leaves some pollen there.
মৌমাছি মিষ্টি রস খেতে ফুলে বসলে পরাগ তার দেহে লেগে যায়। পরে সে অন্য ফুলে গেলে কিছু পরাগ সেখানে লেগে থাকে।
