১বিসমিল্লাহ বলোSay Bismillah

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ

বাইরে যাওয়ার আগে বিসমিল্লাহ বলো। বিসমিল্লাহ মানে ‘আল্লাহর নামে’। এটা ছোট এবং বলা সহজ।

Before you step outside, say Bismillah. Bismillah means 'In the name of Allah.' It is short and easy to say.

২কোনো বড়ের হাত ধরোHold an Adult's Hand

বাইরে গেলে কোনো বড়ের হাত ধরো। আম্মু বা আব্বু বা ভরসার কোনো বড়জনকে সাহায্য করতে বলো। এতে তুমি নিরাপদ থাকবে।

When you go out, hold an adult's hand. Ask Ammu or Abbu or a trusted grown-up to help. This keeps you safe.

৩নিরাপত্তার জন্য ছোট দোয়া বলোSay a Short Dua for Safety

তুমি ছোট একটা দোয়া বলতে পারো: হে আল্লাহ, আমাদের নিরাপদ রেখো। বাড়ি থেকে বের হওয়ার সময় মন থেকে নীরবে বলবে।

You can make a short dua: Dear Allah, keep us safe. Say it softly from your heart when you leave home.
