১বিসমিল্লাহ বলোSay Bismillah

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ

বাইরে যাওয়ার আগে বিসমিল্লাহ বলো। এর মানে তুমি আল্লাহর নামে শুরু করছ। এটা ছোট আর সহজেই বলতে পারো।

Before you step outside, say Bismillah. It means you start with Allah’s name. It is short and easy to say.

২নিরাপত্তা চাওAsk for Safety

নীরবে আল্লাহকে বলো যে তুমি নিরাপদ থাকতে চাও। তুমি বলতে পারো, "আমাকে নিরাপদ রাখুন, হে আল্লাহ।" এটা তোমাকে মনে করায় যে আল্লাহ তোমার খেয়াল রাখেন।

Tell Allah quietly that you want to be safe. You can say, "Keep me safe, O Allah." This helps you remember Allah cares for you.

৩কখন বলবেWhen to Say It

খেলতে যেতে, স্কুলে যেতে, বা পাশের বাড়িতে যেতে বের হওয়ার আগে এই ছোট দোয়া বলো। দরজায় বা জুতা পরার সময়ে এটা বললে ভালো হয়।

Say the short dua before leaving home to play, go to school, or visit a neighbour. Say it at the door or as you put on your shoes.

৪একটা ছোট কাজA Little Action

একটু হাসো, দরজার দিকে তাকাও, বিসমিল্লাহ আর তোমার ছোট দোয়া বলো, তারপর বের হও। এতে তুমি শান্ত এবং সাহসী অনুভব করবে।

Smile, turn toward the door, say Bismillah and your little dua, and then go out. This helps you feel calm and brave.
